Alam performed my tonsillectomy and did a brilliant job. I did some research online and amongst friends in the medical profession beforehand to ensure that I would get a top notch ENT specialist.
At the consultation he examined me and explained the procedure - he was very clear about the risk of bleeding post-op which put my mind at ease.
He performed the operation with great skill and did a very neat job. He came to see me afterwards to check all was ok. It was clear he had a great working relationship with the anaesthetist which was good to see.
Throughout the entire process, he felt accessible and was very willing to help.
A final note - I had this surgery performed on my private medical insurance. As well as being a great medical professional and a good guy, Alam makes the whole process of claiming for the cost of the procedure extremely easy.
I can't speak highly enough of him.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Mr Hannan. He was friendly, efficient and caring and I felt I could trust him. He was very professional and explained everything very well and clearly. Mr Hannan was a great surgeon and I would, without a doubt, recommend him.

I was greatly impressed with Mr Hannan. I took my 20 year old son to see him about a throat problem which was making my son extremely anxious. Prior to the appointment Mr Hannan had a long conversation with me explaining procedures and doing his best to keep the cost down as I was self paying. During the appointment he was very reassuring to my son. I felt that he listened well to him and diminished his anxiety almost immediately. My son left the hospital feeling much better. Mr Hannan was very warm, friendly and approachable and I would feel very happy to reccomend him and see him again.

Doctor was very understanding of the situation we were going though, reassured us several times. Explained every detail, showed models of the ear, so that we understood the impact. Its was nice to know Dr Hannan also works at the ENT hospital. All in general doctor was approachable and helpful. Thank you.
